GuardDog Phone Cases Global Warranty Policy

Comprehensive Limited Warranty

GuardDog Phone Cases, guarantees its products ("the Products") against defects related to manufacturing, materials, or craftsmanship under ordinary usage and service for the defined Warranty Period, adhering to the limitations of this comprehensive warranty. GuardDog is not liable for, nor does it guarantee, any mobile devices or other products not manufactured by GuardDog. This warranty is only valid for products acquired from an authorized GuardDog dealer, adhering to GuardDog's quality standards, except where prohibited by law.

Warranty Duration

The warranty periods for the Products are as follows:

• GuardDog Smartphone Cases: The product's lifetime, defined as five (5) years from the original purchase or delivery date.
• GuardDog Mobile Accessories: The product's lifetime, defined as two (2) years from the original purchase or delivery date.

Sole Remedy for Defects

Should a defect in manufacturing, material, or craftsmanship arise with any Product within the valid warranty claim period, received no later than sixty (60) days after the warranty's expiration, GuardDog, at its discretion, will: (1) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts; (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished item; or (3) substitute the Product with a similar style or an equivalent model, depending on availability. Efforts will be made to replace exclusive or discontinued items, though availability cannot be guaranteed. Replacements may vary in color. Repaired or replaced Products will carry a warranty for the remaining duration of the original Warranty Period.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage; misuse; lack of maintenance; failure to follow instructions; accidents; unauthorized modifications; damages from external causes such as weather or improper electrical supply; or loss of data. Additionally, it does not apply to products altered for international use, nor to purchases from unauthorized dealers. Customer rights under applicable consumer protection laws are preserved, possibly offering further warranties or remedies. Warranty only allows replacement of the same size and model of the original order.

Warranty Disclaimers

Beyond the express warranties provided, GuardDog disclaims any implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If law requires a longer implied warranty period than the stated warranty period, the warranty will extend to the minimum required duration. Customers may have additional rights which vary by jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

GuardDog, its distributors, or suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any Product, including but not limited to, damage to property or loss of value. The aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Validation may require photographs or physical inspection of the product. A shipping and handling fee may apply for warranty service.
